Exchange Policy

If you face any issue with the size, fit, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

In case of a size issue or any eligible exchange request, we will arrange for a courier representative to collect the item and deliver the replacement according to availability.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include its original packaging, tags, and invoice if available.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from receiving the order.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or if the product received is different from the confirmed order.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, our team will contact you to confirm whether the refund request has been approved.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Vividaura.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Shipping Inspection Policy

Please note that opening the shipment while the courier is present is not allowed.

If there is any issue with the order after receiving it, such as a size problem, wrong item, or product issue, please contact us directly. Our team will review your request and arrange the proper solution, including sending a courier representative when needed.

Important: Any exchange or refund request must be reported to our customer support team before sending the item back.


Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Items returned without prior confirmation from our customer support team.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or final sale campaigns, unless defective.
